Coffee table with a top made out of one solid piece of ash.

The table top has rounded fibres on one side, which happens when a substantial branch grows on a tree. The shape of the table is following the natural curve of the wood and the edges of the tree. It is resting on a leg structure which has been steam bent and joined together with a band of leather wrapped around the middle. The leather by the legs is a soft support for the top piece, which is resting freely while held in place by the legs. This table is great to bring an organic feel into a home and have a piece of nature inside.
